Sunday at the OKC Art Museum

This past Sunday, a friend and I went to the OKC Art Museum to see the exhibits that are going on. We were allowed to take pictures in certain exhibits and here is was we came up with. It was my first time to go to the OKC Art Museum so I was pretty excited. 

These giant puppets are from the Halo Amok: A Puppet Installment by Wayne White. You could pull the ropes and the whole thing would move, or spin the lasso, or rotate the crank and the legs would move. These puppets were massive and all created out of cardboard and wood. 

This sculpture was created by Karen LaMonte. I loved the detail put into the sculpture. 

I also have photos of the glass sculptures exhibit by Dale Chihuly. Those will be posted later in the week. Another exhibit that is going on at this time is the OF HEAVEN AND EARTH.  This exhibit is of 500 years of Italian paintings, but pictures are not allowed in that exhibit.
